OMG I am so tempted to say "Rims' but I know thats not the propper name to call them. Still dont know why , but the "purisits" keep correcting me. . So do any of you know what kinds of wheels these are? IMO they look GOOD!

That's Mark's (GXOTIC, I think that's his CL name) sc430. Those are 19" Amistad Type R's. They look even better in person! Camillian has it on his white sc430 as well. PM them for more info.

Yes they are, and those are silver polish finish in 19" Mine are also 19" but they shipped me SBC (chrome) finish by mistake. To much of a hassle to ship them back and wait another 4 months. Great looking wheels. I never get tired of looking at them.

PM mark (gsxotic) he can help you. Oh and by the way go for the 20". The 19" look a little small.

Hey Andrew, it would be pretty easy to ship them across a couple of provinces as opposed to shipping them across the border.

If I was as crazy as some of the other guys here I would do it, but I really couldn't justify the cost. I think Mark wants to sell his so he can upgrade to 20"s

I just looked over your wheel guide again and was considering these Amistad rims but the stats you reccomend are different then what I can get from Amistad: 19x9 +24 and 19x10 +24

I want 20's in this Amistad style but they still dont come in your offset. 20x9 +30 20x10.5 +29

I like how your Traffic Stars on your SC sit. Will the Amistads in 20 be set more in if I dont get a custom offset like you in 20s?

well...
according to Amistab web site, 20"s only come with 20"x8.5" and 20"x9.5" with various offsets you can choose from.

If I do my math correctly, 20x8.5 +18/f and 20x9.5/r +19 will be really close to what rominl suggests in his wheel guide.

Also, you can go with low or super low disc.
If I remember it correctly, Type R 20"s only come with normal step lip, not the reverse lip you see on gsxotic's 19"s.

DARN they only come in 20"x9.5" ugg I really wanted the wide tire in the back, that just looks too cool.(VIP/Supercar style when looking from the back of the car.)

Do you think the extra inch (10.5) is going to make much of a difference in the back look of the car?

Whats the difference between the "reverse lip" and "step lip" please.

yup, that's why it's so hard to find good wheels for our cars. trust me i looked at the type r a lot when i was shopping for wheels, but i just couldn't settle for 19s, and 20s weren't close in terms of fitment
