Really, come on Yeah. I think Gee Bee's and yours are the only 2 we haven't seen yet? I'm really curious to see your white 06's.

Wonder why

I finally took pics yesterday afternoon. I'll post a new thread later today or tomorrow as well as some comments about iForged.

Well that depends...Have you ever drove an sc430 w/run-flat tires? Good gosh lemme tell you something, the oem 18" run-flat tires are so harsh to the point that if I didn't get 20's, I mos def would have replaced them w/non-runflat tires on the oem wheels. IMHO, they're that bad but that's just me & yes I have had bigger then stock wheels w/coilovers on different cars in the past. Every time I go over a bump or crack, etc. in the road w/those run-flat tires, I could feel my bones jolt & jarring. As stated earlier, I have Tein CS coilovers set on setting #12 as per recommended by Tein (16 being the softest) & the ride's 95% factory shocks/springs smooth with barely having a firmer ride. I'm sure if I leave it at setting #16 then it would be close (if not exactly) factory smooth/ride. Basically, what I'm saying is that it's 95% factory smooth/ride w/20" non-runflat tires minus the jarring aches/pain of the 18" oem-runflat tires. I'm sure other members can attest to this as well.

Now if you're talking about comparing oem 18" wheels rolling on non-runflat tires then yeah I'm sure those would be a smoother ride (less harsh) then 20" non-runflat tires.

So when's your sc430 coming?!?
interesting. i have an 05 with CST EDFC on three modes: 0, 4 and 10. 10 seems softer than stock. i'm lowered to 1-2 finger gap.

edit: i have 19" on 35 series

Well Talwang, the SC is a possible next car for me (stef-willi). D2-AUTOSPORT(Derrick) just finished his 745LI so he's good for now, lol.

I am still not exactly sure that the SC is the next car, but if I get one you all will be the first to know. I'm so used to riding around in that big 4-door LS so I'm still on the fence.

i dont want to comprimise the ride, and yes sir I will be lowering it!
much better..... i can't really imagine having something worse than thsoe stock run flats... their ride is horrible and their handling is well..... none.....

hehe i guess jimmy already answered, but yeah, it really depends on what stock you have. compared to other stock setup with normal tires, definitely not as good of a ride (everything has a price), but the stock 18s on the sc430 with runflats? man, it's a test on your spine

LOL, the hold up is me being too lazy. Seriously though, the pics are on my memory stick at home & I'm nowhere near the house right now. Give me a couple days at most guys.

So you think setting #10 (with 19's on 35-series tires) are softer than stock runcraps? That's good info to know.
