just got my 2003 lexus sc430..want to replace the license plate bulbs, but I dont know how to get to the bulbs..need some help...thanks

There are two bulbs under the rear bumpber recess above the plate. Each is held in by a black holder. Take a medium flat head screwdriver and insert into the slot located on the side of each bulb holder. Each has one to fit the screwdriver into. Then simply move screwdriver over and pull down to lower the bulb folder. Reverse is simply: Just put in one tab and push in the other side until you hear the click.
