Default Drove SC in the Snow last week

Drove the SC to my parents house for Xmas and got caught out in small snow storm. Driving on snow covered streets the car handled pretty well. My Supra drives like it is on ice skates when it rains and this felt very stable and drivable.

Good to hear. What tires are you running?
I have noticed that three things play an important role in whatever car is driven in the snow: 1) Tires 2) Weight dist of the car (SC430 is 50/50), and 3) AWD or not.

Thanks for sharing.

We've had a pretty mild winter in the Chicago area, but I've driven my SC in the snow a couple of times and had no problems either. I have all-season run-flats, so I have no doubt that winter tires would enhance things even further.

I've seen a fair number of people post that they have had serious problems driving in snow with their SC; most, if not all, of these individuals were driving with summer-rated tires, which is about as dangerous as holding a loaded pistol to your head. With the proper tires, snow is not a problem in the SC.

Not dangerous at all unless someone pulls the trigger.
