Rear bearing noise and Replacement key costs
Rear axle is starting to make a pulsating whine, wondering if that is bearings or what? Just had brakes and oem low pros put on. Also, 2k a key? Anyone got any suggestions on cheaper replacement keys?

Welcome aboard and to your first post.
Pulsating whine? Is it a whine that comes and goes? While the car is moving? slow speed? fast speed? accelerating? decelerating? Need some real specifics for some recommendations. Miles on car, etc....
Key replacements can be had on Ebay. Do a search here for a great many post on the subject including programming. Well below 2k.

I've been getting that wheel squeal off and on for the paste few months. I thought it was just the brakes but now I notice it on the drivers side of the car at slow speeds. Esp when turning left.
As for the key replacement....its a must as I'm dealing with that now as I locked myself out. It should be well under 1k, I recall a dealer telling me $250-500, as there are different keys. Good Luck. Trust me I know. I'm a mess right now.
