sorry I'm not able to help you, but I too wanted to see how it will look, I think it might look nice on our SC's...

If you end up doing it I'd love to see pictures

Seen a kit on a 350z, no sure which kit; but it was horrible. The doors were very loose and rocked back and forth creating a very serious safety hazard open or closed.
Not sure if the SC430 doors available are any better. Not many cars can do the lambo doors and not look ghetto. The SC IMO is one of those very fews cars. I do not think any other Lexus can make it look the same. Not for me though, just MO.

autoloc makes a well made kit, I've seen them on a couple of cars. but because they make higher quality stuff than say lambodoors.whatever the kits cost a little more. you can pick there motorized kit up off summitracing http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
for a pretty penny. hope that helps

I am kinda on a budget though guys something under 700 would be very helpful but it has to be bolt on kit not weld on i heard that weld on eventually bends the sc430 frame and they can not support vey well either

Properly done welds are stronger than bolts. The only issue is when you go to sell as many may not want that option as welds are a bit more difficult to reverse.

You won't get a good kit for $700. I paid almost $2000 for mine it is a kit made by Decah. But we bought a blank SUV hinge and drilled it to fit my car which is a GS. The doors on the Lexus are so heavy you need to go with a high quality kit otherwise you will pay for it later.

How about you try it and let us know how it works out. Myself, trusting safety and body integrity to a $299 kit is a bit unsettling.

While I'm not a fan of lambo doors that aren't on a lambo, I would save more money to get a better quality kit like someone else said you either pay now or pay later......
