I did my range rover with the 3m sticky stuff and has stayed on for a good couple of years I also leave that car outside in all weather and we have some pretty rough weather here.
Just make sure you clean the surface really well before sticking it on.

Can't say I really like the look. Guess it's o.k. on white or silver or other light color. But from the pic, I don't like on the darker colors. Not as 'blingy' as other mods and I understand the appeal, but I like the stock look better than this chrome tape. Just my .02

Does anyone know if the grille is chrome underneath? On my old 97 LX450 and 01 GS300, the grilles were chrome underneath and I used a paint stripper to reveal the chrome. Does anyone if this could work on our SC's. **(Just got my 05 SC430 a couple weeks ago, new to the club!)
I believe it reveals black, but you can try it.
