i would guess next to none. aside from a K&N air filter. but like he said, ask a lexus service manager to be sure.

I'd start there.

Wow not a friendly bunch of answers, but in reality it come down to what the lexus service manager will turn his head to once you get past an intake or exhaust (even those can cause you problems if the service department can clearly show they were the root cause).
