Hi All,

My wife and I took delivery of our new Black Sapphire / Camel with Tourmaline Wheels . Here are a few pictures.

First picture as we fiirst saw the car. The dealer had three guys detailing it...


The rest of the pics were taken after we got home and had put 100 miles on the car....

You're right. I don't know why, but I seem to confuse those two alot. We first saw the Black Sapphire with Ecru and thought it was really good looking but for practical reasons didn't want the ecru. Two days later I found this set up with spyder wheels and asked for a swap with the tourmalines.

I also had a FULL clear bra installed, to include wrapping the windshield frame....

Thanks. We have an interesting story about this car. Back in March we put an order in for an '07 BMW 335i Coupe. Montego Blue (very bright electric blue). We waited 14 weeks and we received a call that the car was at the dealer and had been PDI'ed and ready for delivery. When we got there the car was in the garage area under relatively low light. We were kinda pushed to take a cursory look at the car and go to finance to finalize the deal. I asked to have the car moved outside (it was a nice sunny day). Reluctantly they moved it. I knew there was something wrong. Once outside, I could see what it was. The "orange peel" in the paint was the worst I have ever seen. They acted like "What is orange peel???"

Needless to say, we walked away from the deal. That was Friday the 8th. On Sat the 16th we took delivery of our beautiful SC.

BMW has a serious quality issue.

very nice classy rims there. Only if they were in chrome, they'd be hot on my car.

but the rims which you have looks balanced and provides a nice contrast w/ the color of you car.
