I'm 53 and finally have enough money to own a nice car like an SC since putting three kids through college. Would love to have bought sooner. I have always loved this car. A pretty blonde woman drives an '02 Red/Ecru to the Y evey day where I work out. I fell in love with her car the first day I saw it.

Now my pretty blonde wife drives our '02 Red/Ecru. I get to share it on the weekends.

Like others, I don't think the poll results represent the owner age profile, but those that like cars, work on them, or at least like to know about their specific model.

Most SC owners hand the keys to the Lexus dealer, have a latte' in the waiting room and hand over the Amex at the end of the service. They don't know or care that CL exists. It has been a huge knowledge base for me as I keep five (5) cars on the road myself including the SC. Dealer only does heavy stuff like timing belts etc. The SC is a dream to work on. I'm hooked!

I too have gone through all sorts of cars. I picked mine up at 26 and cannot find something else to replace it! I even sold my 996 Cab in favor of the SC.

 

I just picked up my 02 SC, and thought I was unique on this forum, since my previous ride to the SC was a Harley Ultra Classic, which is really the "geezer glide" of motorcycles. Good to see that you're still ridin' at 67, Coach. I had to sell the bike since I'm only allowed one toy at a time.

My daily driver is an 08 Avalon, of which I'm the youngest person to drive one of those in Phoenix at 52 yrs. old....
