Default grille questions

so when you remove the "L" emblem from the front grille, that small plastic nub that sticks out for a screw is rather annoying. how did you guys remove that? also, what grille options are even out there for the SC430?

On the L emblem though, I used a dremel tool, however keep it mind that once removed there will be a hole there vs the tab. My emblem is actually going back on. Just not into the look even though I painted my grill the same color as the car.

UPDATE
Try these links on grills. Blitz is the popular one though many seem to stick with the stock design.

A dab of black paint or a black marker and you will hardly notice it.

Flat Black paint used here as well. It's invisible after the black and easy to go back to stock.

The cheapest one will be Blitz for about $250 +paint job, or you can go with chrome Junction produce grill for $500.

Another option will be Grazio&Co, but I think it is more like a refinished stock grill (pretty much the same with what Lee has done to his grill) and it will cost you about $320 (with emblem base tad) to $380 (without emblem base tab)+international shipping from Japan.
