Nav update question for those who have been through it
My Nav seems brain dead much of the time, picking just amazingly bad routes and ignoring better routes which are selected by the online services (GMap, Mapquest, etc.).
In the past when Lexus has done a Nav update, is it just to the maps themselves or are the software "brains" usually updated as well?

The route order that it picks may be based on the average speeds set for the different types of roads. These can be changed.
If you are finding you are to often on a country road decrease the average speed for these types of roads.
