Sounds like you're missing hubcentric rings. Exactly what happened to me when I got aftermarket wheels for the first time. Some tire shop don't know jack about bore size of any car and they don't care. I'd suggest you take it to a reputable wheel/tire shop and look up bore size and install the correct ones.
Nice SC btw!

Hmmm, those wheels look familiar... But they look alot better in Silver IMHO then ones I sold... =)
But back on topic, just for yucks you never did say what size tires you're running, but it sure does sound like a bad balance job to me. I had zero problems with my Nad wheels, and I even changed out the front tires.

I am running 275/30 in the rear and 245/35 in the front. How did you lower your car? Springs or coilovers and how does it ride? Your car looks FANTASTIC by the way!

I'm lowered on Tein S Tech, which are cut. The car rides surprising well. I have Bilstein shocks in the front but my rears are in bad shape. The front is pretty stiff but planted and the rear is pretty soft and washed out. I say the ride is about a 7 out of 10.
But be warned, when I got the car it had 245/35/20 tires and it rode good. But after lowering, the tire rubbed the top of the fender liner. So I swapped it out for a 235/30/20 and while it didn't rub, the ride went super harsh. I'd hit those dots on the freeway and it would sound like gun shots thru the cabin. So don't lower too much..

yes wider and thiner tires would do that, but you get use to it, and its better then the flats, I sometimes hate my ride quality too but there are times when i feel the traction and smoothness(depending on the road) you should definetly lower the car more then an inch if you could, it will make a diffrence
could be from your tires too, rain tread makes big diffrence in ride quality
