Loose rear view miror... SC430 2003
So i replaced my windshield... It is what it is. Dimples on the trim panel etc.. no big deal. The thing that is driving me nuts is the Rear View mirror. It vibrates, looks and feel not solid, loose. I don't want to take it back to the shop that did the installation. They do not care. I wish i can do it myself. Please let me know if you got any ideas!

The whole assembly is loose Lee! I don't know how much pressure can i put in order to rotate it. PS. The windshield is Pinkerton glass. I just think it wasn't put back correctly

Sorry to bring this back from the archives.
Reading through the TSB's for my 03, there was one issued for vibratiing rear view mirror and it involves replacement of the spring.
Has anyone done this or had it done under warranty?
There is a new spring number available and is easy to do.
I might need to get this done since mine vibrates abnormally and it bothers me.
