Never Go To Discount Tire For Tires!!!
I went to discount tires to get new tires and I spend a grand for new tires... this was back during summer. They broke off the tire pressure sensor on my car and never told me. I was driving around with a clicking sound on it. Well long story short I took it back and they blame it on my breaks or something so I took it to my local auto shop ( great person he rebuild my engine on both my sc430 and my LX460) well I found out it was something in the tire. I took it back to discount tire and well we had a long talk before they agree to take out the tire for me with me standing there to see whats in there. Well there goes my tire pressure sensor falling out. I almost cried 600 dollars for one. Well I got them to replaced it for me. But they can't reset my tpms light. And refuse to reset it. And do not really care.

I personally have had no problems with Discount Tire. They have serviced my 4 vehicles for years without an issue. I agree with the previous post...one can have a problem with any service store. Agree, some are better than others, however the store nearest to my 20 has done a super job.
Maybe a call or e-mail to their HQ's may help. Hope things go better for ya.

I have good and bad experience with discount tires.
One time I went in to get tire balancing and the guy asked me why. I told him I had vibration at 60mph and he told me balancing wont work, and insisted that I get an alignment. After going back and forth a bit, he finally decided to balance my tires. Drove on the freeway and what do you know...no more vibration
