Clunk from rear when breaking...

Clunk from rear when breaking...
Very annoying noise. It happens when i break, even at very slow speeds.
After the dealer diagnosed it, recommends Brake Clips front and back.
40430 BRAKE PAD **** REC FT & REAR CLIPS FT PADS & INSULATE W/ CALIPER PASTE
Instead of going through this. Is there anything else i could do to improve the braking system?

The clips are easy to put in. I would just buy them and not worry about them. There really isnt a "fix" that you can do. Basically you pads are floating until you start to brake. The pads bang against the housing when pressure is applied.
