I'm glad this thread was made! I was just at the dealer yesterday getting a new gas cap for my car and the parts guy was talking to me about it. He said that he's been hearing that the SC is continuing for the long haul so long as sales remain as they are or better (Obviously). The next generation will supposedly take cues from the new IS and have the F option. Apparently there will be a hardtop and convertible option, but essentially the car will be the same as the 2001-current model--just with a redisign and hardtop/moonroof edition.

I can't wait to see it, it should look cool!

Anyone want to do a photochop of one? haha

I like the idea of mixing the older sc with the newer one with a twist of L-finesse. Make it a direct competitor of the CLK/AMG/Black Series and 6-Series/M6

I totally agree with you. The SC 430 will evolve into the SC 460 and of course will get the L-Finesse treatment. We just have to be patient. It would be very cool if Lexus made the SC-F which would compete directly with the BMW M-6. Lexus can definitely do it...
