I am buying a 2002 SC430 and would like to know if I can Change the Run Flats to a standard tubeless tire without major issues with the car afterward ?

The answer is yes, and many in this forum think it is the right thing to do to achieve a "Lexus" type ride. Use the search function in this forum and you will find a lot of data from which to make your tire decisions.

definitely do a search, a lot of sc430 owners changed out to normal tires early on in ownership
