Default Harsh Ride and Rattles?

I've had a host of issues recently with miscellaneous rattles and harsh ride I cannot fix. Alexa is in the shop again for the third time in a month for the ride issue. We have road force balanced, rotated (left to right), aligned the car, fixed a tiny little dent on the inside of the front wheel that MIGHT have been causing some vibrations and we cannnot think of anything else. I have Dunlops with my 19" staggered set ups. I am running 40psi cold. Any thoughts? It's not as rough as my RF's, but they are rough.

Along those same lines, and possibly linked are the issues with the passengers seat rattling on even a smooth highway, my rear view mirror rattling a little and something in the back seat either the seat belt fasteners (they are secured) or the seat itself singing a nice hum too. On top of that, my pillar where the top meets it has wind noise. Needless to say, these are annoying.

I only driver her about once a week...25k miles and it's a 2002. Maybe that's the issue? the tires are not out of round, but there is slight feathering on the ends. The tires have about 1500 miles on them and are about 18mo old.

Hi , when I lower the tire pressure from 36psi to 32 it made a difference. I knew they recommended 33psi, but 32 feels much softer to me. You will loose some gas mileage but your ride is smoother. I am using fusion z1
(or zr1?)

40psi is way to high for the tires you're most likely using. bring it down to 32psi (34 max). you'll definitely notice a better ride as well as more even treadwear.
