basically they just paint over your seat. the leather doesnt stay soft, it actually becomes hard. They got over spray all over. The seat looked very nice, but it wears off and will look worse off in 6 months to a year.

where and how?

so what shall I do then since it looks "sucky" after 6 months to a year? I really need Links to buy a seat.....a new one from the dealership is close to $5600.00.

Yeah it is bad. I tried doing it on an old M3 interior. I bought the best stuff out there. Looked great for a while but it stiffened up and ended up cracking after a few months. Even worse for a drop top as the interior has much more exposure to the sun.
