Great! Where's you get the hole plugs?

FWIW, I can see that putting holes in the liner would be a different matter if the car were leased. <smile>

I drilled 2" holes in the trunk liner today. I first drilled a 2" hole in a piece of wood to act as a guide so I wouldn't have to put a pilot bit into something underneath. For those who want to try this themselves, here's a photo taken from above the right hole to help you locate:

And boy, am I glad I did this. I've been *****ing about the harsh ride since I bought the car. The PO said that the fronts were set at 10 clicks (they were actually at 2, but easy to adjust), and the rears were at 2 (they were actually 1 driver's side, 8 passenger!)

Now that they're all back to factory default (6 front, 10 rear) the car rides _much_ better.

I know that the PO didn't do the install himself, so the imbalance in the rear is clearly the fault of the installers in the Bay Area. Of course, the PO had also said that he'd set the tire pressure to 20 front, 37 rear. They were actually at 20 _left_ and 37 _right_! Egads, what a mess. Next I'm going to verify the height adjustments...

Bumping an old thread.......I just installed a set of Tein CS coilovers. I wonder what damper setting you guys have. My drop was about 1.5" F & 1.3" R. The tech said "the rear should not lower than the front."

The damper was at factory setting which is 12 click from the hardest. Th CS has 16 level of dampers, but I'm not sure since I notice 26 clicks from hard to soft. Someone help me on this.

With the factory setting, ride comfort is almost same as OEM while its must less bouncy. On hwy, there was alot of feedback from the steering. Its have vibrating like I first have the run-flat. Not sure if its the alignment.
