how do i put on clear bumper side markers?

well i need to know the step by step process kind of because i dont wanna mess anything up. i went through the wheel well kinda but that cover didnt seem like it wanted to budge

i went through wheel well, not that hard at all.
turn the wheel all the way. on the plastic flap, you just pry on it and pull hard, it will budge and kind of "lock open". then you just stick your hand in there. it's held down by one 10mm or 8mm bold i forgot
