Wow! Serious congrats on the purchase of your PB SC ! I really enjoyed reading this thread. The way you've described how it all went down, from your searching endlessly for exactly the car you wanted, lurking on the forums for such a long time, and then finally getting THAT CALL from someone you spoke to a year ago who calls to say (after all this time) he has just the car you wanted.....well....your excitement is totally palpable, and the circumstances could not have been better! I think we can all relate to your feeling of exuberance! Thanks for sharing your great story....it made my day, even though it's YOU that will be driving it, and not me! LOL...Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to everyone for you comments about my PB story. I keep looking outside to make sure the car is actually real and actually mine!! Drove it into the country around MD burbs today top down with a friend (loaded with some great CDs) and as we sat at the end of the drive after dark with the top back up the car did not make any indication that it was still on - no sound at all and no vibration or movement. I have really never experienced a car that is so smooth and so made to please it's owner!! As I'm sure many of you have experienced for yourself, the pleasure was all MINE - a car that is so smooth and quiet yet looks so cool and sharp. Still need to learn all it has to give but the driving was beyond any other car I have had.
Thanks all for being here with me - from all over the country. And those from the DC area - a mini-meet would be fun. Since I am new to this I am not sure how you guys plan such an event and what venue is best to meet each other and share our cars etc. Any suggestions?? If someone who has done this before would take the lead I would help do the footwork (or SC work as it were)!!

Whose got time for pics? He's enjoying his new ride too much to stop and take pictures! I used to live in the NoVa/DC area and really enjoyed it there. Plenty of spots to go on a long, scenic drive there (post rush hour of course). Especially in a SC with the top down. Congrats and enjoy!

Hi All - Just back from a few days out of town but before I left I took some great pics of my PB on a wonderful ride out into the country. I need to figure out how to post my pics on the forum and then I will - the car is awsome. Printed my pics and brought them to show anyone who will look!!! Look for my pics soon.
