Warranty about to expire... what should be my priorities?
The factory warranty on my '04 is up in about a month, so I'll be taking the car in for service in a week or two, and want to make sure they give it a solid once-over to catch anything that is close to failing. (I have a Lexus Platinum extended warranty, so I'm not too concerned... but still, the factory warranty is better coverage.)
The car is still basically flawless-- I have no problems with it at all, except for a passenger-side speaker that's blown and should be replaced under warranty.
The things that come immediately to mind were the convertible top mechanism (which works perfectly, but would be really expensive if there were issues) and specific items that are in the exclusions list for the extended warranty. I've searched the forums, and all I've come up with are things like the bushings and the alignment. Other than that, any suggestions on things to ask them to look at?
Thanks in advance! In the mean time, here's a pic of my lovely wife enjoying the Cascade loop in Western Washington.

Not much to add, but nice pics.
You may want to find out what types of things are inspected when they certify a used car and make sure they at least go through that. Also do a complete diagnostic check.
Downside is that if something is about to go bad, but hasn't yet, won't be covered. However, the car is very reliable to just hope you continue to have many years of flawless drives ahead.
