Operate 2008 SC430 Navigation While Moving?

How do you get full Nav functionality in a 2008 SC430 while moving? I searched on this topic and the solutions for other vehicles did not work (e.g.: Menu, Volume, Top Left, Lower Left, Top Left, Lower Left).

Welcome aboard. Not sure if anyone has solved this issue with the newer nav systems. Generally it is a sensor speed wire that a toggle switch is attached to.
