Default Kumho Runflats?

Has anyone tried the Kumho runflats? I've heard they're a little better than the dunlops, but wondering if they're even close to non-runflats.

I am replacing my run flats with standard tires. The Dunlaps remind me of driving on cobble stone streets. Just not all that nice to have on a car of the caliber we are discussing. I would suggest that since the standard tires will fit on the original wheels that you might not want to take a chance on an other brand of run flats. I spent less then $100 for a 12 volt tire inflator and a patch kit and a can of fix a flat so that I feel safe without the spare tire. If you go for the run flats and are not happy then what? JEH

Default patch kit?

bubblerboy,
Tell me more about your patch kit. I have non-runflats and no spare. Long trip scare me 'cause I don't have anything to fix a tire that has gone flat. What are you referring to? Any pics of your setup?

Wow...can you be any more risk averse.
Khumo tires are excellent tires... Many many racers use them as well as they make great tires on other types of vehicles as well (I have them on my jeep...). I'm not sure why they wouldn't make good runflats. I'm definitely getting them done soon!
