Replace Spark Plugs NGK Iridium (180 incl. labor)
Replace engine Timing Belt (400 incl labor and w-pump)
Replace Cabin Air Filter (35 incl labor [all incl labor])
Replace Engine Air Filter (30)
Replace Valve cover Gaskets (235)
Inspect and adjust valve clearance (350 if done correctly)
Replace Brake Fluid (60 replace, 100 flush)
Replace Engine Coolant (75 replace, 100 flush)
Replace Transmission Fluid (40 D+F, 100 flush)
Replace Differential Fluid (25 additional)
Replace Engine Drive Belts (150 added to t-belt work)
Retorque driveShaft flange bolts (torque wrench=24.99 at walmart, DIY)
I queried my local indy mechanic for the above work - he's a middle/upper class independent shop with solid foreign car experience. He said that most of the work either is not scheduled to be done, OR only needs to be done if it NEEDS to be done, ie valve cover gaskets. There is no schedule for those. Looks like an excellent deal from the dealer if all the work needs to be done - unfortunately thats not the case. I would trim off the t-belt and valve cover gaskets depending on if you have any seepage. Good luck, let us know how it turns out!

I never understood why ppl go back to the dealer after the first free service... am i the only one who calls it a stealership??? ppl cant be that naive can they? with the advent of the internet most ppl will not make any major purchase without doing some research first on that product, so why dont ppl ever research this kind of stuff too?

hello,,,,, I again tripled and quadrupled check everything. thos prices with labor listed up above suggest well above $2000.00. I'm getting all of the above for $1315.00 with taxes.
whats important is that there a Old 60K mile Service and a new 60K mile service. Everyone double check with your dealer. The new 60K mile service does not include Timing Belt change, but the Old 60K mile service does! my car is the very first batch of SC430's to be sold. So its getting up there in age factor alone.
Getting my Timing Belt change, Spark Plug Change, all internal fluids change (transmission, Differential, Coolant, Brake Fluids.....) plus all other little neccessary items at one time for $1315.00 is a decent deal.
I also asked again about the Valve Cover Gaskets change and Adjustments, again double check with your dealer if he has the Old vs New 60K Mile Service. One includes it, the other has not.
one final note is that the Old 60K Mile Service is a "bang for your buck"....

I paid less that $500 (independent mechanic, not dealer obviously) for the 60k service which included everything listed in the owners manual (2003 model) and new brake pads all the way around. Timing belt is not listed in my maintenance schedule until 90k.
You obviously feel you got a good price - so not sure why you asked the question in the first place?

I have a 2002 with 60K; my dealer whom I've trusted for 10 years told me the same thing about no adjustment for the lifters and or valve adjustments about 4 years ago. I asked the service manager same question at the first of this year and he restated the same info as correct.
OP's cost sounds fine to me; plus dealer will back the work, you have greater recourse to appeal any problems, they generally treat your car very well, give you a free wash, and a loaner. Since I am most definitely not a DIY'er I figure I can pay them a bit more for their knowledge, equipment, training, etc.
That's all worth higher costs; I've never had bad repairs or bad service with my NC Hendricks dealer and with the Sewell dealer when I lived in Texas.
