35 sounds good. Do not have plans of lowering. I have rolled my rears on my Acura. Was not that bad. No rolling on the SC for sure.

wait you guys are using the stock studs on 30+ spacers? For the 2IS everyone does the spacers that come with stud exentders built in made by ichiba...the v2s. which are a little more expensive.
Is this just newer technology than when this thread started? now im wondering which I should go with im doing both cars and want 25 front and 30 rear (but maybe 32 depending if mandyfig wants to try it first!)

The spacers I am looking at are not your typical spacers. It is similar to the Ichibas, etc. You bolt on a hubcentric spacer and you bolt your wheel to the spacer, no fear of short lug bolts.
Check out the link. Did I answer your question/concern?

Petasheep's set up was 20 and 30 as I read on his set he sold. I am using stock Lexus Tourmalines which are the same offset as the Twisters, so 20-30 should work fine.
Based on what I have seen in the pictures on this post, adding 5 mm in the rear will still be good. 25 fronts work.
I think we can safely go for 25 front and 35 rear, this will equal out front and rear distance to the edge of the fender.
Unless the experts chime in and throws a negative. $75 for 25mm and $85 for 35mm, $160 shipped. I say very tempting indeed. I can always shave the 35's to bring to 32's, I have access to a machine shop.

I have been checking on what to purchase in terms of size. I measured the current offset of the tires to the side of our fender (I just put a straight bar and measured to the sidewall of the tire) and found that the front is ~ 25mm and the rear was ~ 35 mm.
So if we use 25 fronts and 35 rears, it will give us the balanced look. Where the edge of the tires is almost flushed with the edge of the fender (note that it will not be flushed versus the top side of the fender, there's an upward curve leaning out). Which for me is perfect.

I went into the Ichiba Spacer website and will follow their recommendation on what appropriate spacers can be used. They outline the need to make sure there will be no rubbing on the fender. The difference between the inside lip of your top fender and the wall of your tire will be the recommended spacer width.
Here's the explanation:

Thanks.
I ordered 25 front and 35 back. We'll see how it looks.
I can always shave it, I have access to a machine shop here at work.

Take pics of the before and after, what did you get for front and back? Are you using OEM rims?

Take before and after so we can tell the difference.
