Hi Guys,

Sorry I don't meant to sound like a lazyass and not using search button. I've been a member for quite sometime just haven't posted on logged on for a while, now I'm in the market for SC430 and would like to know if there are any good websites out there with FAQs that cover everything I need to know on these cars? If so please provide links.

I'm looking for a site kinda like intellexual.net for SC3/400. Pretty much all the known mechanical issues big or small as well as difference between years from '02 and up. I've checked the FAQ section posted here on this very forum, but doesn't seem to have what I was looking for.

I'm running short on time to do more research by reading each individual thread one by one, but if someone could provide a link with all the info I would really appreciated it. Thanks! Looking to be part of the family soon.

Checking these forums for that past couple of months have showed me that there really isn't much that goes wrong with these cars.

Rattles in the top
Stock run flats suck
TPMS goes off

Having owned the car since Decemeber, I haven't had a single problem I think the tires are the biggest problem you will come across.

Thank you for your reply. It seems like these cars are pretty solid the promblems that people have reported seem to be minor/cosmetic stuff. Do you know if Lexus make SC430 with black interrior in all years and colors? I've looked around ebay and autotrader but haven't seen any in white/black combo.

I have never been a big fan of run flats. Too noisy on freeway and too expensive to replace. BTW pretty cool website you got there. I'll post back once I make a purchase.

EDIT: Thanks for pointing out the tint issue.

They are very rare... well compared to the rest of the models. You should be able to source one on ebay, but finding one local could be a challenge.
