Santana Row would be very hard to keep a group of SC430's together especially on the weekends since that place is so packed and parking is a zoo.

Some suggestions might be:

- Napa Valley/St. Helena (lunch, wine tasting and short backroad cruise thru wine country)

- Pebble Beach/Carmel Valley (lunch @ Roy's - Spanish Bay followed by a nice cruise into Carmel Valley for a nice wine tasting)

NOTE: There's plenty of parking at these areas, thus keeping the group together and not dealing w/ any major traffic congestion.

Please add your other suggestions for lunch and input so that we can get some more local SC430 enthusiasts to bring their car out, drop da top and enjoy the ambiance.

thanks...RemyMartin.

A popular meeting place is at the northwest corner of SF. Large parking lot and free of traffic and congestion...then make a drive across the golden gate bridge for some fun at napa area.

Depending on timing, I might be able to take the day off and drive down from Seattle.

Cloud9,

I took a look at the map link you've provided. The street is called "El Camino Del Mar" and it has a very nice huge parking lot flushed up to the Pacific Ocean.

This seems like a quaint local meeting place.
Then, cruise along highway 1 (pacific coast highway) and stop for lunch somewhere in Half Moon Bay.

Here's some dates to think about:

Any one of these Saturdays:
---------------------------
May 24
May 31
June 7
June 14

Let's get some repsonses here.

Then, you and I can work out the logistics later.

thanks...RemyMartin.

Thats a great spot to start, Ive been there and appreciated the vista with one of my previous vehicles The bridge looks great from there! And plenty of room for a circling of the wagons!

I have some idea's if you decide on HMB for lunch! It's my home base and not a bad place for top down driving once in awhile!

Default Count me in as a "maybe"

I'm new to this site (just got my SC430 3 weeks ago ) and want to get some new rims and put on my spoiler before I take him out for photo ops

I'm in South San Francisco btw, so it won't be hard for me to meet up anywhere.

Yeah we used to meet there alot for S2000 drives when I used to have a s2k.

We can meet at the El Camino Parking lot at SF as the starting point/photo op...then go down highway 1 to half moon bay. there's another huge parking lot down there where there is plenty of parking and another photo op area. Right next to the ocean with small boats parked there. There's also some fish and chips and clam chowder restaurants next to the lot for some lunch.

half moon bay map

Then hit 92 east for some scenic driving thru the mounains then ?? either head home or go for some drinks in san jose

Route

All of those dates work for but not sure if I'll still have my SC. Looking to get a boxster s I'll be the ugly duckling if that happens.

the weather was so nice today w/ da top down.

sevy b and jrj102, what timeframe are you guys looking at to meet up?

I'll try to start a poll w/ the dates you plan to attend the meet.

everyone else is local so that shouldn't be an issue.

keeper15, i've been to HMB brewing company but it's sometimes packed on the weekends and I forgot the parking areas were like so there might be some open spots for us to park together.

is this one of the spots in HMB you're talkin' bout?

thanks...remy
