stock to drop???
ok guys i recently bought tein s.tech lowering springs and i am going to drop it next weekend.. my car has 245/35/20 up front and 255/35/20 in the back.. i hear alot about rubbing etc. so iwas going to asked if anyone could tell me what i need to do in order for it not to rub and how much i would be looking a spending???

You shouldn’t rub with 255's in the back that’s actually a very conservative setup. I have 275/30/20 and there is no way that those will rub either. In fact I think there are some guys here running 285's if im not mistaken. Let us know how the ride is with the s.tech once you get them on. I was thinking about putting either those or the h-tech's on my car. Thanks

i'm not the most mechanically inclined person on here, but i was talking to a suspension place yesterday and thought i'd pass this on. he said on most cars when you lower them, it'll put too much pressure on the factory struts and rupture them. so you'd have to replace them as well as the springs.
i think i'm going to bight the bullet and buy tein cs coilovers rather than mess with just springs. which if i think includes the strut and springs together in one part. but i'm not 100% sure.
