Ok looks like our fellow CL members think we will be seeing a SC300/330 sometime soon.. Personally I am just looking forward to see new product out of Lexus.. My hope is that they at least put some nicer wheels from factory this time.. Sheesh Lexus help us out a bit.. We all don't have connections like Manaray..

Default SC330

Lexus will not introduce another varient of the SC until the sales of the current one "tops" out, and that will not happen with the current model that doesn't have a wide enough market appeal.

I'll wait for the SL400 myself.

I think that the factory would let the dealers know if this was the case and they have yet to include it in there plans for the next 4 to 5 years. However every other model and new model was included in there timeline at the last fireside chat here with the texas dealers. This leads me to believe that no 6 cyl version is coming.

Its not going to be next year.. no way.. 2004 cars are going to be here in a few short while and the only car lexus has for 2004 is the new rx and in 2005 we will most likely see the new gs... And in 2006 who cares by that time I will be driving something else

it makes sense that the market needs Toyota to make a 6 cylinder SC to compare with cars like CLK320 Cabriolet or the upcoming BMW 6-series convertable.

Well.... if you belive motortrend:

2004 Lexus ES 330: Lexus bumps displacement up from 3.0 to 3.3 liters, increasing power to 240 horses.

2004 Lexus GS: Rear-drive sport sedans to be redesigned.

2004 Lexus RX 300: The RX 300 becomes the first Lexus product to be built outside of Japan when production begins at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada plant in Cambridge, Ontario. The RX is expected to grow slightly to compete with the Acura MDX. Engine to be 3.3-liter/240-horsepower V-6.

2004 Lexus SC 300: The SC range will be expanded with a base model, fitted with a 3.0-liter inline-six engine.

west should be in MB forum than here. SC430 has good enough market appeal, still remember how hot it was when it just came out?

ps. no body asks what you want to wait for, you like SL feel free to go by mb forum.

Hell, Merceses sells a SL 320 overseas. Why not a SC 330? It should come to pass soon. Unless it's a different car.
