Default Minor nuissance concerning seatbelts

there seems to be a metal to metal brushing noise coming from my driver side seat belt. What would be the smartest/easiest way to get some "lubricant" in there. Do i need to remove the rear panels or is the sprocket easily reachable...

Are you sure its not the seat belt moving against the top of the seat? That is a common noise area, especially if you aren't using the "guide."

I wish... the noise happens if you pull it "slowly" 2-3 inches... back and forth. Enough to ruin my top-down ride
