Default Callout to "2006" SC owners..

Hey guys.. i have found an 06 SC that i have just fell in love with and im thinking seriously of purchasing.. However, i have one factor drawing me back.. a freind of mine has an 05 LS430 (facelift) with the Lexus VDIM and he cannot fully disengage the nannies.. is this possible in the Facelifted SC? could you fully disengage all safety system? TC, DSC... etc?? im sure somebody out there has tried..
thanx

The "nannies" could not be removed in the 01-03 either. I am able to disengage all the TC and DSC due to the LSD. I have to drive with the DSC on during the rain but with the LSD, the TC is completely off.

lol.. so am i.. can u clarify pls... and im actually pretty sure the 01-03 could have its 'nannies' completely disabled.. i rode in one once years ago and the driver pulled a powerslide on a turn.. i ASSURE you they were completely disabled lol.. trust me my heart beats everytime i recall the degree that car swerved too.. i am considering a supra rear end on it so if that is installed 'LSD,' Then could i disable TC and VSC??

Once I hit the VSC button on my SC the computer relinquishes control of the car, I am able to do whatever I want and the computer will not interfere.

I'm pretty sure in the 06+ you just hold the button down for 3 seconds and it's disabled.

thats what i hope, you see my freinds 05 LS, when you press on the VSC button for 5 secs or however long it is, it tells you that the system disengages however when reaching the limit, it kicks in automatically and thats what i dont want.. not on the track atleast

you could always pull the vsc fuse when you're at the track!
