I did a search and couldn't find anything. How do I change the reverse lights?

Do I take out the lenses with a flat screwdriver, or can I somehow get behind those lenses from the bumper ?

Just reach behind the bumber and grab the socket. A slight twist and out it pops. Use Bulb # 7440

Also, if you want to see better what you're doing, there are two small screws on the bottom of the bumper, per light (10mm socket, I think). Take the screws out and the whole assembly slides out from behind the bumper (push the lens of the backup light towards the front of the car). It'll then hang down below the bumper and you've got 360° access to it.
