Default Radio Stop working

Has anyone radio stop working. I have a 02 sc and havent driven it for about a month. When I started it the radio did'nt come on. Check fuse under hood (30amp) and was'nt blown. Dont know what else to do or place to check. No function on the radio is working. Tried to remove cd from player, nothing and tried to remove nav cd and nothing.

May be a stupid question, but is anything else functioning. Could it be a dead battery if it has been sitting for a month?

Yes everything else works fine, nav, air, windows etc. The car even starts and there are no signs of a weak battery or nor warning lights are lit.

No, nothing happens when tried that. Its like there is no power to it. I even tried to disconnect the positive side to the battery, reconnect and still nothing.
