Default Replacing fuse, easy right?

Need some advice.
Due my illness I am not driving my SC much these days and after 2 months in the garage the battery completely drained. After jumping it I noticed that my passenger window and my passenger outside mirror are not working. I have to use “close/open roof” button to close my passenger window.
The first thought is that I probably fried the fuse when jump starting the car. I read the manual and did not find any one that fits description. I checked #41 and #42, but they are fine.
Can anyone give me some ideas where to start?
Thanks.

Mine is an 2005 fusse 40 and 41. Both 25 amp access through floor fuse panel left and right side. You may have a loose switch connector on the passenger side also is your drivers side control that locks out the right window off? Can you put the window up from the drivers dooe. iF NOT I would suspect wiring connector

If you really want convenience, and have a few bucks to spend, visit AutoZone and look for those new fuses that have an LED that lights up when the fuse blows. I was very impressed when I saw this product advertised, but the cost of replacing all the fuses in 2 cars, which I would love to do, was a little too expensive for the return. Still, I'm toying with the idea of getting them for some critical fuses that might need to be spotted and replaced quickly.
As for your specific question, I have no idea why your window is not working. However, if it goes up with the top, it's probably not the fuse.

Default It all works now

Thanks Buddy, at the end my drivers side control that locks out the right window was off, I don’t know what was about passenger mirror, I can not duplicate it any more. At the end everything works now.
At least I learned now where all the fuses are located.
Sorry for dumb question and thanks again.

There are no dumb questions wne it comes to our complictated sc. i have allways known to look for the obvious . The lock out button is a trip especially if its off. I am glad I was able to help you . Your passenger side mirror might have been off if you set the mirror switch in the middle then that essentially shuts them off
