Default Is your telescoping steering wheel quiet?
I have an '07 and that steering wheel makes more noise than I would expect. Has anyone else noticed an unusual amount of noise coming from it when you put the key in or take it out?

My '02 had a steering wheel that groaned when you turned the ignition on or off. They have a fix for it.
My 03 seems to do it as well, I'll have them fix it at the next service

I have same year, same color. No unusual noise at all. 20,000 miles.

I believe that they replaced a couple of parts in the collar
