Yes

you'll probably want to replace the tires with non runflats. they ride like wagon wheels. so those aren't much of a plus. the price itself is cheap. but you're looking at $2,000 - $3,000 for the problems you know of. personally, i'd keep looking for something in better shape.

Keep looking as you can find better needing less work for same money.
The car for sale linked by Talwang sounds like alot better deal with lots of extra goodies and needing less work by far.

it would be worth the $800 to ship it with all the extras you're getting. he's asking stock value with $5,000 or so worth of upgrades.
