Time to re-shod the beast and I need some suggestions.
First of all, they need to be run-flats. Yes, I know all the reasons why I would like non-run-flats. Ain't gonna happen. I don't like changing tires in the mud.
Second, the primary concerns are road noise and tread life. When I want to haul butt around the corners, I'm in my Vette. This car is used for commuting, trips and my wife to drive around so I'm not looking for something that grips like super glue yet rides and sounds like a buckboard.
Any suggestions?

I've had the Pirelli P-Zero Neo M + S run flats for about 10 kmiles so far and have been pleased with them. They were fairly reasonably priced too, though they have gone up $10 or so.

I think that they are pretty quiet, but I don't have much to compare against right now. However, they don't make enough noise to be distracting or irritating and I don't like noise.
