can navigation dvd be used repeatedly on different lexus cars?

When you search the issue here on this forum, you will find that different years and different models have different generation NAV systems. Each NAV system needs a DVD with the data formatted for that system. There is no way to answer your question with the insufficient data provided, other than "probably not."
In many instances, the proper disc will cross model and year models; for example, both my '02 SC430 and my '04 RX330 use the same disc. The '05RX, however, cannot read that disc (so it's a good thing I don't have one of those).
Check with your dealer or search here (on search with online sellers such as Sewell) and find the chart listing the cars and the NAV systems, and you will find you answer.
