Remove Radio? Front panel?? HOW to do??

Remove Radio? Front panel?? HOW to do??
I've been thinking of putting in one of those Vaistech devices for my ipod as I really don't like the cassette player option or FM radio option as the audio is simply not up to par. However, while I see many reports of the wonderful things the Vaistech option does for you Ipod, I can find *NO* instructions on how to remove the radio to get to the back of the chassis.
A previous link that apparently gave the instructions on here no longer works.
I recently replaced all my speakers including the woofer using instructions from here that were quite helpful. However, I really don't want to attempt to remove the radio without knowing how lest I break something. I also need to access the back of the cigarette lighter.
You folks who have put the Vais in the SC 430, HOW did you get the radio out??

Ok . . . why is it that I can search and search and not find the answer I want then as soon as I post the question, I find it? 
That has to be someone's internet law!
On another note, I think I've found out that the Vais unit that will work on my 2003 SC 430 is the simplest one that does not provide power or control to the Ipod.
DRATS!!
Hhhmmmm . . . I wonder if I can use that as an excuse to upgrade the car?
