Bone Stock "Lexi" and yes, I like the pie plates!! She does have a K&N and I have a few mods planned but for the most part, I am an "original" kinda guy. Old "sleeper" street rods, etc. Just got off a 1,400 mile round trip road run and I hafta say it was not bad. Went from Florida to Virginia and back. The first night in Virginia (DC area) and a 60 degree night, all 4 tire sensors came on!!

Toxic, I think you and I have nearly identical rides, right down to the curb rash on the pie plates... Unlike you I would rather see those gone. Mine is also an '02 and the only upgrades are the 9.1 nav and non run-flat tires. Have been pleased with very high quality level and no surprises other than the ML door speakers (figures).

Well, the curb rash on the rims wasn't from me, it was from the lady I bought it from I am in the process of getting that remedied!! As well as the door edge paint chipped off from opening doors into stationary objects. She was not very careful with the car but was very good on the maintenance. I got a smokin deal on it though. Yep, my door speakers are out so I ordered a new set through Sewell (great price btw...) and will re-foam my old ones for spares. This car is a driver and that's exactly what I am doing with it!!

Coincidentally that was how I received my curb rash as well. The nice lady took extremely good care of the car in every other way but apparently she got into a curb now and then. I have touched up the scratches but haven't looked into a more satisfactory remedy. Can I ask what you're planning?

Glad you're happy with the speaker situation. Mine is somewhat of a garage dweller but we've managed to put 1500 miles on it in 5 months.

Custom shop here in Jacksonville will buff out the rim scratches and rash then repaint with matching paint. I am toying with maybe doing something a little different paint wise with the rims but like I said, I really like to keep things original. I put 1500 miles on mine in a week!! Also going to get a couple door dings taken out and the door edges re-painted. Whew...All in time, it's a driver but I want it right.

Default 100,000 Mile Portrait

I usually keep my odometer on the trip indicator for my latest gas refill, but today I clicked on to the total mileage and discovered that I had rolled over 100,000 yesterday!

Today I washed and waxed it.

Now if I can do something about those wheels...

Default I have my own thread open, but I figured I'd post here too.

Washed today and garaged before it started raining!
