I've never seen a garage with hardwood floors. That's pretty awesome.
My garage was built in the 1930s and not only has a hardwood floor, but has a full basement and loft! I will be ripping up and redoing the hardwood floor in my garage this summer. I will have to post a pic when I'm done!
Damn that garage is awesome. and Chris I checked out ur pics. Amazing.
Thanks Will
It's a great place to work on the car, but if only I could get the rest of the parts from Zack@UAS I could get the job finished and enjoy the sunshine. lol
Mandy, believe it or not it was 70 degrees here at the weekend (unheard of for March in the UK), but mine is stuck in the garage waiting for the rest of the parts from your side of the pond. lol.
Best regards
Steve
Steve,
I am not sure what I am loving more, the thought of your SC with Air suspension or your garage.
Thanks. Those are the stock 18" x 8". See my other post (lonely) about "about to purchase wheels / Tires". I ordered the wheels today but am questioning the offset they quoted.
Where did you get the Soarer emblems and how much?
Do you have the Soarer emblem on the rear, too?
Especially the Airbag one. How do you replace that?
Cheapest I could find the front is $150 (including both the emblem and the base you mount it on) on ebay. A lot of sites list them for less. But they don't have them in stock and their prices are from 5 or 6 years ago.
The rear emblem in Japan is a standard Toyota emblem. It's not a griffin.
For the airbag, you have to replace the entire airbag. The cheapest I've seen them used was for about $500.

That is one awesome garage you have there !
Hope ur well.
Hi Will
Good to hear from you and yes, I am well thanks.
It's my sons garage and a great place to work on the car, but unfortunately he has the house on the market so it will probably be the last time I can use it.
The Air install is going well, but still waiting on parts from the US to finish it. Hopefully it will be done soon and we can meet up so that you can see it.
I see from your sig that you have your exhaust now, are you pleased with the sound?
Got mine from Longlife too.
