Default How much did you pay for your coilovers?

Good morning all!

In the market for some coils, I'm just curious of how much did you guys pay for your coils and what brand. Recommendations would be great.

i got mine used in perfect condition with less than 10,000 miles. tein comfort sport. paid $900. if you buy them new, they're around $2,000. personally, i think they're the only way to go.

Zeal Function ZI.

Best coilover imho, best drop without limiting dampening. I had the Teins CS dropped to the max and it would bottom out all the time.

I bought a used set of Tein CS v.1 with 15,000 miles on them for $700.
The set I bought was meant for a GS but it bolts up perfectly to the SC.

Actually that is a good deal. It's probably as good as it gets for brand new sets too.

98-05 Lexus GS coilovers will fit on our 02-04 SC's,

Now their spring rates will be a little off, compared to coilovers that are meant for the SC.

I've heard that the 05+ SC's had their rear springs redesigned so I cannot confirm fitment on those.

But if I were to take a guess, I would think that it would also fit the 05+. Lexus might have tweaked the springs but I doubt they would have redesigned the whole shock assembly.
