Default Which coilovers?

I'm looking for coilovers for my SC that will not result in a harsh ride, any recommendations? Tien CS or other makes; and where to get them at a decent price. Thanks.

i'd recommend tein cs. the ride is smoother than stock. new the lowest you'll find them for is about $1500. i'd keep an eye on the sc430 parts classifieds. every once in a while, a used set shows up on there for about $800.

+1 on the TEIN CS's. Just put them on and they are sweet! Best place to buy from is from our CL Vendor "nigel-jdmparts"!!!!! He gave me the best price bar none! I shop too! He was also fast on delivery. Nigel

Default Coilovers

Thanks guys for the input, I'll be placing an order with Nigel if the price is right. Attached is my SC with the aftermarket wheels and stock suspension. It needs lowering big time!

Looks good! Sounds like you are on the right track with the lowering.

I recommend the Tein CST. They are great, and the car will still ride like a lexus.

Default Coilover verses Sway Bar

Can someone please tell me the difference in both ride and performance of adding coilovers verses a front sway bar. I'm looking for ride comfort first and performance second. I have an '07 SC 430 and will these have any impact on my warranty? Thanks.

You can never go wrong with the Teins. I have tried Bilstien (very harsh) and my last were Toms Advox units ($$$$).
The Teins are a safe bet.
