I have an 02 Neiman Marcus edition and as others have said, no mechanical differences except:
-Thundercloud exterior color
-custom car cover with the red logo on cover
-red leather interior
-red carpeting
-red floormats
-red engine cover
-red handle on tonneau cargo cover
-illuminated doorsills in blue
-badge with unique number
Might be a few more but this is all I can remember off the top of my head.
I have 52K miles on mine and have thought about selling it if the right offer comes along.
