We all know that the SC is near the end of its natural life cycle and new features are probably not going to be added. But if you could select just ONE common feature to add to the SC, what would it be? And by common, I mean something that OEM are offering on other vehicles from the factory. So no votes for nitrous oxide!

An updated audio system with MP3 capability (and other newer formats) and external inputs (like iPod & video/backup camera).

^^^I agree with Harold, backup camera would be nice. I think another cool thing would be functional side engine vents like the SL500 or a "gill" like the IS-F currently has.

yep pretty much what others mentioned- mp3 support in the disc changer, backup camera, some backup sensors/parktronic feature would be cool, as well as ipod auxiliary connection and dvd movie playback (this is not common in coupes, more common in sedans/suvs, still would be cool though).

1. Gladly give up some performance for a suspension worthy of a $66,000 automobile.
2. Fix the run-flat, terrible ride, and no spare problems.
3. Bluetooth (I know they have it now, but mine doesn't and it's a dinosaur).
4. Better sound system with iPod connector. $66,000 cars shouldn't have speakers that blow out so easily. I used to have a Chrysler 300c that had an upgraded stereo system in it (Boston Acoustics), and the ML system pales in comparison. The BA system is the best I've ever heard. Surely, Lexus could do as well as Chrysler.

better audio, for sure.
my '99 merc ml320 truck has better bass, clarity and separation.
the 430 audio system is pretty mussy.
a bit off topic, but if I were to tweak the 430 design, I'd lower the side sills, so you can comfortably hang your elbow.
I know it's high to allow for the drop top, but there's got to be a good way to drop the profile an inch or two.

1. Navigation system that can be operated while the car is in motion.
2. Voice commands that are simple and intuitive.
3. Backup camera.
4. Replacement of unusable back seats with cargo space.

Some people take a serious thread like this and they can't help but make jokes. We're having a discussion about REALISITIC features that we'd like to see added...and you bring up something like that. It's incredibly immature.
Cooled seats? Please, it's a convertible. Try to take this thread seriously, will you?

here's a very rough photoshop how the side sills could be dropped.
adopt a 'camero' like rear contour, allowing for the hard top-drop top and then tapering down to the lowered side sills.
could look more lemans-like with an elbow hang.
nice.
besides that, I wouldn't touch another thing.
