Default Radiator fluid leaks from engine with engine oil

Hi, I'm working on a 2004 SC430 which I bought a month ago, and as I filled radiator with fluid, it started leaking from the engine, at which the car engine was not running, any ideas? Thanks

need more information . When you bought the car was it leaking then? Was it running. Why are you adding radiator fluid now. Did you flush out the system?
Where is the fluid leaking from the engine now ? Your question is to vague.
