SC430 Check Engine Light - VSC and VSC OFF Light
HELP! All three of these lights are on... can someone help me reset them?
- Check Engine Light
- VSC
- VSC OFF Light
I have tried connecting a humberwire to the TS and CG spaces on the OBD II connector as some posts reccomend. I have also unplugged the negative terminal for the battery for 30 minutes and reconnected it, but to no avail.
Can anyone offer some help on how to reset these so I dont have to spend a fortune at the stealership?
Thanks for any input!

1- Did you do anything to the car before these lights were on?! for example change brake pads, change exhust, remove or add any electronics...?!!!
2- Did you connect any diagnostic tool that is not originall to the OBD?
3- any changes on the wheels or rims?
4- what has changed in the car after the lights came on, for example engine un idel, miss firing, slow take off, ......
the best thing to do is to connect the OBD to a diagnostic tool and read the error code and either search in the net or post it here to know what does this error code means.

Most likely an ABS sensor which is common on these cars.
If memory serves-it has been a while-the error code will not be readable by an OBDII scanner as the code is manufacturer specific.
I thought I posted the instructions on here a while back, may want to search.

I think I paid around $145 last time with a discount. Mounted on teh wheel hub. Fronts are the likely ones to go out with all of that twisting back and forth. You will have to fish the wire a little to get to the connection.
